Worked in the team in installing Audio Visual products, which include commissioning products in meeting rooms/conference rooms and other advanced LED video wall solutions to ensure integration of both hardware and software meets the expectations of the client. Coordinate and supervise site activities on a day-to-day basis, configuring, troubleshooting, commissioning and resolve AV equipment and application-related issues. Installation of products in a rack as per elevation drawings. Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation on processes and procedures. Handled enterprise-level network infrastructure involving routers, switches, and wireless products. Installation of photocopier machines and performing regular maintenance checks and addressing concerns proactively. Hands-on experience with devices and tools, including Extron Control Processor, Christie indoor direct LED-SMD with LED Controllers, Extron XTP matrix switcher, Extron Quantum Ultra Videowall processor, Audio system, Christie projectors and displays, and Cisco routers, switches, Microphones, DSP and Wireless AV Solutions
